Julia began her real estate career in the early 2020s, building a strong foundation in residential real estate with a focus on client service, communication, and transaction management.
She later expanded her experience into the fast-paced rental market, where she developed particular expertise in apartment locating. Julia regularly assists clients in navigating leasing options, comparing communities, and finding properties that fit their lifestyle and budget.
In addition to apartment locating, she is knowledgeable in residential sales and leasing and is also familiar with farm and ranch properties, allowing her to support clients across a wide range of housing needs.
