Meet Anna:
For two decades, I've been immersed in Texas real estate—helping clients navigate important decisions, mentoring agents, and building a business rooted in integrity, education, and doing things the right way.
A Houston Heights native, I began my career in downtown corporate offices before trading city life for the Texas countryside. Through the farm and ranch lifestyle, along with experience in title and land surveying offices, I developed a deep appreciation for land ownership, property rights, and the real estate industry.
Long before earning my Texas real estate license in 2006, I was building businesses, organizing events, speaking before audiences, and competing at a high level in the equestrian industry. Those experiences taught me the value of discipline, resilience, preparation, and follow-through—qualities that continue to guide my work today.
Throughout my career, I've worked with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, tenants, new construction clients, acreage owners, and families navigating probate and estate-related transactions. My background also includes working alongside a Texas estate planning law firm, where I gained valuable insight into probate, trusts, and the unique challenges families often face during major life transitions.
Education has always been one of my greatest passions. In addition to serving clients, I've spent years mentoring real estate agents, facilitating professional development opportunities, and teaching TREC-approved courses for REALTORS® across Texas. I believe informed decisions create better outcomes, whether you're purchasing your first home, selling a family property, investing in land, or building a real estate business.
In 2024, I founded Bierman Realty with a simple vision: create a brokerage focused on quality over quantity. I'm intentional about who I bring into the brokerage because alignment matters. I want agents who share my commitment to professionalism, ethics, education, and exceptional service. This approach allows me to provide personalized mentorship, direct broker support, and a collaborative environment where agents have the resources and guidance they need to grow with confidence.
We are a proud military family, and I'm the proud mother of two sons—one who serves in the United States Navy and another who is a Texas REALTOR® and Business Finance student at Sam Houston State University.
