I’ve been immersed in Texas real estate for 2 decades, serving clients, guiding agents, and building a career grounded in seeking knowledge to navigate my business with confidence and integrity.
A Houston Heights native, I started my career in downtown corporate offices before trading city life for the Texas countryside, where I competed in barrel racing and discovered real estate through the farm and ranch lifestyle and working in offices of title and land surveying.
By the early 2000s, I owned an equestrian event business, started public speaking seminars, and competed at a top-level experience that built my discipline, resilience, and focus. In 2006, I blended my business background and passion for helping others into a career as a Texas Real Estate Agent.
In 2016, I began mentoring agents and working with a Texas estate planning law firm, gaining valuable insight into the overlap of real estate, probate, and trust law. This experience inspired me to facilitate TREC-approved courses and host events for real estate agents statewide.
As a mother of two, I spent over 20 years volunteering in schools, youth programs, and serving on community boards and committees until I became an empty nester in 2023. I began growing Bierman Realty while supporting my sons in the U.S. Navy and college; my youngest is also a Texas Real Estate Agent.
My experience spans all areas of real estate buyers, sellers, investors, developers, new construction, foreclosures, relocation, light commercial, farm and ranch, probate, and acreage properties. I’ve learned that lasting success comes from education, solid communication, exceptional follow-up, and doing what’s right for the client every time.
Bierman Realty is built on quality, not quantity. I’m selective about who I bring into the brokerage because alignment matters. I want agents who share my values, ethics, and vision for excellence. This approach allows me to provide each agent with genuine mentorship that is personalized to exactly what the agent wants and needs.
